I spent more than a decade practicing emergency medicine. It taught me to stay calm when things are uncertain, to make careful decisions with the information I have, and to meet people on what may be one of their hardest days. But it also showed me the limits of a system built around single moments — you meet, you stabilize, you part ways.
This practice exists because I believe medicine works best as a relationship, not a transaction. My approach is holistic in the most practical sense: sleep, nutrition, movement, recovery, and stress all belong in the conversation alongside labs and prescriptions. And it is personal — when you work with me, I am your physician. I interpret your results myself, I build your plan, and I stay with you over time.
